VODMH01 villa large private pool connects the large living and dining space to the two storied bedroom wing. Wet your whistle at the poolside bar or unwind with a book in between the frolicking. If you ever get enough of the pool, there’s lots more to do in and around the villa. Spend your afternoons in the lounge where you can binge watch your favourite shows, play some board games or even a few rounds of Table Tennis.

- To avoid disturbance to neighboring homes, loud music cannot be played indoors/outdoors after 10 pm.
- Our housekeeping staff is available to serve you from 8 am until 10 pm.
- Female attendants retire to their chambers at 8 pm while the male attendants will be at your service till 10 pm.
- Kindly place your breakfast order by 4 pm on the previous day.
- Electricity and water conservation should be respected. We request you to switch on appliances such as ACs geysers, etc. only when needed.
- Additional services should be requested at least 6 hrs in advance.
- The swimming pool can be used until 10 pm.
- The swimming pool must not be used while intoxicated. Guests below the age of 12 must use the swimming pool under adult supervision.
- Errand run charges are applicable for procurement, pick-up & delivery.
- Our procurement team is available from 9 am until 7 pm. Please place your orders accordingly.
- Photo IDs are to be shared with the Guest Relations Team via WhatsApp prior to check-in.
- Please maintain a safe distance of 6 ft from all our staff during your stay.
- The home has an in-house cook. Hence, outside cooks will not be permitted.
- Since the home is in a secluded area, we highly recommend you do not step out of the main gate once it’s dark.
- Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to plactheir orders at least 24 hours in advance.
- Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date.
- Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
- For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refundable via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at the originally booked Lohono Villa.
- For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
- Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
