Whether you are seeking a family retreat or a peaceful getaway, VODRJ138 Villa offers tranquility, convenience, and the splendor of nature all in one.
VODRJ138 villa in there are four generously sized suite-style bedrooms, each measuring approximately 700–800 sq. ft. Two of these rooms are situated on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor. Each bedroom features a private balcony that offers views of the hills, and the interiors are designed with a clean, cohesive aesthetic that incorporates wooden elements, cane finishes, and soothing white walls. At the center of the home lies a spacious living room that effortlessly connects to the private swimming pool and dining area.
A terrace on the first floor is equipped with built-in seating, making it an ideal location for enjoying sunset views, social gatherings, or relaxed sundowners. Surrounding the property, you are treated to expansive views of the Aravalli hills and the adjacent forest. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen, and resident staff are available to assist guests with cooking or service requirements, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from Udaipur city, the airport, and Nathdwara, this residence strikes the perfect balance of accessibility to all essential amenities.All Amenities

- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site.
- Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables.
- Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room
- In case a Guest has booked online on the website without any assistance from the Call Center, he/ she is entitled to a 12 hours FREE Cancellation policy from time of booking. Refunds into your bank accounts usually take 5-7 working days. This does not apply to a booking where Check-in date is 7 days from the date of confirmation of booking.
- After this 12 hour window passes, bookings for Homes that have the Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
- If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
- Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi, Independence Day, Diwali, and Christmas & New Year, will not be accepted.
- If a guest uses the “NOCANCEL” coupon while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund and will have to pay a 100% rescheduling fee in the event of the same.
