- This Is A 100% Non- Refundable Booking.No Modifications Or Changes Will Be Entertained in This Booking.
- ROOM CLEANING/HOUSEKEEPING POLICY : Due To COVID-19 There Will Be limited Housekeeping/Room Cleaning Facility Available. We Request Our Guests To Kindly Maintain Their Respective Rooms Clean During Their Period of Stay. For Bookings Above 2 Nights,Guests Can Request For Housekeeping Provided That They provide the room vacant for housekeeping.
- CHECK IN CHECK OUT : 2 PM check-in & 12 AM check out.
- Valid Government Issued ID proof is mandatory and Must Be Produced at the time of check in..
- If the guest/s cancel their reservation 30 Days prior to Check-In, they will receive 90% of the amount paid, refunded back.
- If the guest/s cancel their reservation before 20 Days prior to Check-In, they will receive 50% of the amount paid, refunded back.
- If the guest/s cancel their reservation 15 Days prior to Check-In, there will be no refund.
