Spread over 50 acres, this Villa is a modern home overlooking Jaisamand Lake. With 5 ensuite bedrooms and a heated infinity pool, the villa is designed to offer complete privacy in the lap of nature. The stony exterior moves into an easy industrial vibe, with the use of wood, cement and steel in the decor. Cosy up with a cup of hot chocolate by the central fireplace or with a book in the well-stocked library.

The house does not permit outside visitors at the property during the stay.

Photo IDs are to be shared with the Guest Relations Team via WhatsApp prior to check-in.

Kids above the age of 10 will be considered as adults and will have to occupy a separate room.

Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.

Consumption or possession of illegal drugs is forbidden. Alcohol should be consumed responsibly. No guest under the age of 18 may possess or consume alcohol at any time while on the property.

Our housekeeping staff is available to serve you from 8 am until 10 pm. Female attendants retire to their chambers at 8 pm while the male attendants will be at your service till 10 pm.

Any lost keys will be charged as per the management policy.

Electricity and water conservation should be respected. Appliances such as ACs, geysers etc. should only be switched on when they need to be used.

The swimming pool is operational until 10 pm. Request you to not use the swimming pool while intoxicated. The use of the swimming pool by guests below the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Kindly store your valuables in safety lockers available in the rooms. Management will not be responsible for any kind of theft.

You are liable for any damage however caused (whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person of your party whether staying at the hotel during your stay. You will have to bear the damage incurred to your room or the hotel property during your stay.

Lost and found items are held for 14 days while we attempt to contact the guest. If guest contact information is incorrect or cell phone mailbox is full and we are unable to contact the guest during the 14-day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organisations, or disposed of as deemed fit by the management.

We would be happy to return your lost item(s) to you by the Courier Service. A separate receipt will be mailed to you. Srinivas is not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment by the Courier Service.

Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of Lohono Stays, with additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at the originally booked Lohono Villa.

For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.

For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.

Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
