Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

During such instances, guests may not have access to the heated pool facility.

These include the monsoon season, fluctuations in electricity supply, or potential power outages from the local electricity provider (MCSB).

Kindly be aware that while our villa provides heated pool amenities, however, there are certain circumstances that may affect its availability.

Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.

Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.

Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.

All-male groups are not allowed.

The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.

Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. All mobile networks work fairly well here.

In case of a power outage, the 125 KVAgenerator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.

This is not a pet-friendly property.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund 80%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.

Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value or 60% in the form of a future credit note.

For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.

If the booking has been partially paid for, the cancellation will be deemed non-refundable.

*Please note: Cancellation fee worth 20% of the booking value shall be levied for all refunds processed by StayVista. This is primarily applicable to cover platform charges, convenience fee and processing charges.
