- During such instances, guests may not have access to the heated pool facility.
- These include the monsoon season, fluctuations in electricity supply, or potential power outages from the local electricity provider (MCSB).
- Kindly be aware that while our villa provides heated pool amenities, however, there are certain circumstances that may affect its availability.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the 125 KVAgenerator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- If you wish to cancel 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund 80%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
- Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value or 60% in the form of a future credit note.
- For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.
- If the booking has been partially paid for, the cancellation will be deemed non-refundable.
- *Please note: Cancellation fee worth 20% of the booking value shall be levied for all refunds processed by StayVista. This is primarily applicable to cover platform charges, convenience fee and processing charges.
