- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food / drinks in and around the pool.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available at all times.
- In case of a power outage, the 12 KVA inverter can support all fans and lights for up to 8 hours.
- Kindly be mindful of the property’s location and keep doors and windows closed to prevent bugs and insects from entering.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes.
- Please note that the property features a pool however it is currently under maintenance but can be used by the guests at their own discretion.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.
- If the booking has been partially paid for, the cancellation will be deemed non-refundable.
- If you wish to cancel 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund 80%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
- Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value or 60% in the form of a future credit note.
