Featuring an outdoor swimming pool for guests relaxation, 4 bedroom The Island Pool Villa is located within a 15 minute drive of Church of Saint Cajetan.
Featuring a sunny patio, the luxurious villa is situated about 15 minutes by car from Church and Monastery of St Augustine. Yet it is located very close to all the action, Old Goa with its Se Cathedral is a 25 min drive. The happening beaches of North Goa are a 30 min drive and Panjim and its old town area are again just 20 min away. The Panaji property is nearly a 15 minute drive from Se Cathedral.
Offering an adjoining terrace and a balcony, The Island Pool Villa welcomes guests with ironing facilities and an air conditioner, as well as a satellite TV and wireless internet. Featuring a bidet, a tub, and a separate toilet, the bathroom also comes with a hair dryer and bath sheets. A kitchen, along with a place for dining and an outdoor dining area, are available for dining.
For guests convenience, on site self catering amenities include a microwave, a fridge, and a toaster, as well as coffee and tea making facilities. To kids entertained, the Panaji accommodation offers children’s toys and board games. Chorao is not only the winter refuge to glorious migratory birds, but is also a treasure trove for the historically inclined as well, as it was amongst the first places to be captured.

- No smoking inside the villa. Smoking outside and in the balconies is no issues at all.
- Parents are strictly responsible for safety of children who do not know how to swim. Kiddies swimming floats etc are provided by villa staff on request.
- As the pool is one of the only ones in Goa made of natural stone note the stone has become a bit etched/rough due to chlorine effect so DO NOT RUN inside the pool or beware incase of playing pool ball..as you could hurt your toes.
- Even though I allow ‘private parties or events’ note this is only for the guests booked in to stay and no events as such allowed with external guests/visitors.
- Also we highly respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and hence no swimming, screaming, music or parties externally late nights anything that can cause a nuisance to neighborhood. No restrictions inside the house late nights where the party or get to gather can continue.
