Last but not the least The home decor items from The Rug Republic have now taken its over all beauty a notch higher. Nearby, a unique sunken pit softly illuminated by hanging lights creates a tranquil ambiance and offers stunning views.
The lounge area, complete with a 50″ TV, invites relaxation with a stunning chandelier, adding grandeur to the space. Step outside onto the wooden deck to swim in the shimmering infinity pool, its edge merging effortlessly with the backwaters and sprawling fields beyond. Each bedroom has floor to ceiling glass walls framing views of the lush landscape while ensuring perfect privacy. One can go cycling, walking in the nearby village, kayaking in the back waters of Moira.
The culinary experiences offered include delicacies from a French and a Sushi chef on call, and an in house chef for premium home style food, all of which could be enjoyed along with the performance by a music an on call. - Noise & disturbances : Please be considerate of your neighbours and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am.

- Smoking : Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
- Chewing tobacco : Strictly prohibited with no exceptions.
- Maximum occupancy : Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.
- Security deposit refund policy : Security deposit amount: Rs.30000. Reimbursement will be processed within 4-7 working days post property inspection. Your strict adherence to this timeline is highly appreciated.
- Damage & breakages : Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
- Cleanliness : Please maintain the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. Use designated trash bins for disposing of garbage and avoid littering the property.
- Safety & security : Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended.
- Pets : Pets are allowed on the property. (Chargeable @ Rs.1000/- per stay)
- Amenities & facilities : Use the provided amenities and facilities responsibly, and follow any posted guidelines.
- Compliance : All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.
- Upkeep : Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff.
- Max occupancy : 10 guests (Extra charges applicable for each guest above standard occupancy)
- If the guest wishes to cancel before 30 days of the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- For any cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
- Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made partial payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed in 7-9 days post cancellation request.
