3 BHK Swimming Pool Villa In Udaipur Just 20 minutes from Fateh Sagar Lake and close to the Shrinathji Temple, this 3 BHK spiritual, nature-centric retreat features an Amrit Kund pool and an on-site Moksha Mandir and also includes a star-gazing balcony, gazebo and landscaped lawn.
VODRJ236 Villa This completely vegetarian abode in Udaipur, which uses spices and fruits grown in the garden, is designed to be friendly for both senior citizens and children, with smart automation. The entrance opens into a bright living-dining area next to a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to a private pool and lawn. The first floor comprises two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a balcony/terrace and a compact lounge/reading nook. The outdoor area includes a child-friendly pool, a spacious lawn, and a gazebo with views of the Aravalli.

- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site.
- Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables.
- Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room
- In case a Guest has booked online on the website without any assistance from the Call Center, he/ she is entitled to a 12 hours FREE Cancellation policy from time of booking. Refunds into your bank accounts usually take 5-7 working days. This does not apply to a booking where Check-in date is 7 days from the date of confirmation of booking.
- After this 12 hour window passes, bookings for Homes that have the Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
- If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
- Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi, Independence Day, Diwali, and Christmas & New Year, will not be accepted.
- If a guest uses the “NOCANCEL” coupon while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund and will have to pay a 100% rescheduling fee in the event of the same.
