During their stay, guests can indulge in the villa’s Jacuzzi or venture out to experience Goa’s vibrant nightlife, just a 10 minute drive away. Splashdown Waterpark is also within a 10 minute drive.
The villa provides easy access to natural wonders such as Sunset Point Beach, 5 km away, and Ozran Beach, 6 km away. The villa’s interior is equipped with a television with satellite channels, ironing facilities, and climate control for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are equipped with a separate toilet and shower, as well as hairdryers, shower caps, and bath sheets.
The villa’s kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Alternatively, they can visit the nearby Big Fish Goan Family Restaurant, just a 5 minute ride away. Guests can reach the VODGA55 villa by car from Dabolim airport in approximately 47 minutes. - Damage & breakages : Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
- Cleanliness : Please maintain the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. Use designated trash bins for disposing of garbage and avoid littering the property.
- Safety & security : Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended.
- Amenities & facilities : Use the provided amenities and facilities responsibly, and follow any posted guidelines.
- Compliance : All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.
- Upkeep : Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff.
- Max occupancy : 7 guests (Extra charges applicable for each guest above standard occupancy)
- If the guest wishes to cancel before 30 days of the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- For any cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
- Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made partial payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed in 7-9 days post cancellation request.
