- Please keep the mosquito nets closed at all times, especially in the evenings. There is no smoking inside the villa.
- Please use the balconies and outdoor areas for the same.
- Be kind to the environment and switch off all smart lights/fans and appliances before stepping out of the door.
- Keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- We strongly request that you segregate your waste using the two bins provided.
- Any damage or breakages to the Villa/society will incur an additional cost.
- Please take care of the entire resort as if it were your own. Keep everything clean as well.
- Illegal activities are not allowed in or around the property.
- There are rare power outages, mostly during monsoons. Please use the backup wisely so as not to be left in the dark.
- We recommend that you always keep your devices charged at all times. TRY NOT TO BURN DOWN THE HOUSE.
