All Amenities
- No refund will be given during peak or blackout dates.
- For payments made in foreign currencies, refunds will reflect the exchange rate at the time of processing.
- Refunds/credits are only applicable if 100% of the payment is made as per the booking policy; partial payments are non-refundable. The full security deposit will be refunded if the guest cannot check in.
- Cancellations or modifications must be communicated via email to be considered valid.
- All prices displayed on our website are subject to an 18% GST.
- If you encounter any issues with the property after check-in, please report them to the property owner’s local representative.
- The property owner reserves the right of admission. The specified occupancy limit must be adhered to.
- A security deposit will be collected at check-in and refunded within 72 hours after check-out, provided no damage has been done to the property or its amenities. If damage occurs, the deposit will be used to cover the cost.
- Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward neighbors. Loud music near the pool is prohibited after 10 p.m. Smoking and drug possession/use are strictly prohibited. Any violation involving drugs will result in termination of stay and a police report.
- Contaminating the pool will incur a minimum fine of INR 15,000.
- Unapproved house parties, receptions, and other events will result in fines. Alcohol consumption is permitted for guests 25 years and older.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. Guests are responsible for ensuring pets do not damage the property; any damage will be charged accordingly.
- Standard check-in is at 1:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m., unless previously confirmed otherwise. Late check-outs will incur additional charges as follows: a) INR 4,000 for 2 hours. b) INR 10,000 for 5 hours. c) One day’s rental for 6 hours or more.
- No refunds will be provided for any damages to personal appliances due to voltage fluctuations.
- Property owners and other service providers connected to This Villas are independent contractors, not agents or employees. This Villas and its affiliates are not liable for the actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of such contractors, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other resulting expenses.
- If Travel is Within 15 Days: Booking is non-refundable.
- If Travel is Within 15–30 Days: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty; the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If Travel is After 30 Days: 25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty; the rest will be refunded.
