- You will be bound to indemnify new replacement value of any good destroyed.
- Any act of intimidation or violence, willful damage to property or drunken and riotous behavior constitutes an offence. If anybody is found to do so, shall be liable for legal repercussions.
- You agree to clean all pet droppings before leaving or else bound to pay Rs. 1500 per dropping to housekeeping staff.
- You are not carrying any weapons and sharp objects inside villa during your stay.
- You will not use this property for any party / public event without proper licenses and villa management approval.
- You will be responsible for any injuries to any of our guest during our stay.
- Management have arranged UPS backup, and are not responsible for un-interrupted power supply from power grid.
- All Disputes are subjected to Udaipur jurisdiction only.
- You will have to disclosed any foreign national or NRI member/s and have to ensured C Form filling during check in and checkout.
- Management is not responsible for any loss of guest belongings and valuables.
- Management is authorized to evict any resident guest, if such resident violates the rules, or disturbs the peace. The decision of the management shall be final in such cases.
- You are a guest and spitting anywhere in property or damaging any think is not acceptable.
