- This villa has the sole right to evict any guest if the house rules/policies aren’t followed or if any inconvenience/harm is caused to the premises or to the team.
- Unanticipated guests are not desired/appreciated at the property so please refrain from bringing them over as the same is not acceptable.
- In case of damage, the cost of repairs/replacements will be incurred by you at the property itself during your stay or prior to the checkout as assessed by the owner.
- You will not be able to play music beyond 8 PM at our properties.
- Linen will be changed once in 2 days.
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and any indulgence in the same will be reported to the authorities immediately.
- We are not comfortable housing pets. Please avoid bringing them along.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and is only allowed in the outside area. Violation of the same can lead to immediate eviction.
